HAROLD & KUMAR GO TO WHITE CASTLE

Genre: Adventure Comedy
Direction: Danny Leiner
Leads: John Cho, Kal Penn

If you liked Eurotrip, you will love this! Not many adventure-comedy movies produce the sparks that will actually make you laugh. But the leads here, especially Penn, have done a wonderful job. This movie will take you on a roadtrip adventure full of excitement and laughter.

I'd recommend you to watch it with friends. It will be worth it!

HARRY POTTER AND THE PRISONER OF AZKABAN

Genre: Adventure Fantasy Mystery Thriller
Direction: Alfonso Cuaron
Leads: Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, Rupert Grint

This movie has beaten the earlier parts by many new unique tricks added to its world of wizardry. The introduction to time-travel has made the movie a bit more interesting and inquisitive. The acting has improved, so has the direction, except the fact that the start of the movie continues to stay childish, but once the plot picks up, the stories keeps amazing you continuously. The new cast of Dumbledore has done good and the new creatures are creatively designed. Hogwarts has been modified to suit the changes in the storyline and Sirius, played by Gary Oldman, has done a great job too.

With this movie, the series has taken its first step into the non-children audience too. The movie has a lot of twists and a great plot. It's gone very far beyond the expectations which were led from the first two movies.

THE GIRL NEXT DOOR

Genre: Comedy Drama Romance
Direction: Luke Greenfield
Leads: Emile Hirch, Elisha Cuthbert

This is a beautiful movie with the perfect mixture of natural punches, teen comedy, dramatic effects and romance that really catches you. Emile and Elisha both have handled the chemistry perfectly well. The movie flows through the story smooth. And in the second half of the movie, almost every scene acts like a climax. It's amazing. Just when you think you know how it's going to end, another surprise flashes right in front of you.

Anything I say more about this movie will be taking a step into the storyline. So I won't ruin it, because the one line which can describe the movie resembles another movie, which wasn't as good. But I'll you this. This movie will be a treat for every teenager, every college-boy out there. You will definitely love it.

I'll most definitely recommend it to all the teens out there who had to work their way out with teen comedy with so many foolish movies. I'd really suggest you to take your time out and watch this flick... coz the juice is worth the squeeze.

THE MACHINIST

Genre: Mystery Thriller
Direction: Brad Anderson
Lead: Christian Bale

You must only watch one, this or Fight Club. Watching either one of this ruins the other movie. I'd personally recommend Fight Club because it's far bigger than this. It's legendary whereas this one is only ordinary, except Bale's acting.

With this movie, Christian Bale has raised the bar for acting skills to a far higher level. Man, that guy can handle his body! He specially crafted his body for this movie and then rebuilt it after this one. God knows how he controls his body weight like that! His acting in this movie just made my Top 10 Acting list!

The movie as a whole is a total rip-off of Fight Club though. Direction was still brilliant but having watched Fight Club, the plot was obvious right from the start. Even if you want to copy a movie, atleast design it differently, man! But no, the theme was loose and totally bound with Fight Club. I wouldn't recommend you to go for this movie before watching Fight Club, because it's one of the best movies of all times and I don't want you to spoil it. So watch this one after watching that one, and after a gap. The only reason I'd recommend you to watch this is for Bale's role.

Three stars for the movie as most of it was stolen, but an extra half for Bale.
