It is very rare that a movie is successful in bringing the tears from the deepest of our emotions out into the real world. This movie will touch your heart and make you realize what love really is. Not many romance movies can do this; even many ones with higher ratings would not be as heartfelt as this one. This is a story about two teenagers exactly opposite to each other and how they fall in love, despite both trying not to. However, things are never that easy. The plot is simple and with an ending that will keep you wondering.
It's based on the best-selling novel and it was a great idea to make a movie of it. The acting is not that extra-ordinary, and the writing as well as the direction is simple and not of great quality, which constrains me from giving it 4 stars, but as far as the emotions are considered, this movie is better than many of the movies rated more than it. And the simplicity is not actually a down side of the movie. All the other movie attributes have been deliberately kept at the least level so as to focus everything purely on the emotions. For all the people out there, with or without interest in love stories, this movie is a must-watch for all of you! You will never forget the experience you will have.
